People and culture of Langtang & Helambu
Region:
Langtang region inhabited mostly by Tamang people
a mountain and high hill tribe of Nepal Himalaya with incredible and impressive
Buddhist culture and religion with ancient Bon sect of animism practices as it
was sine thousands of years.
At Helambu area dominated by Hyalmo tribe with
some Sherpa and Tamang people where the religion and culture are similar to
each other of strong Tibetan origin and traditional way of life.

Langtang & Helambu Region can be trekked all seasons however monsoon period in July and August will be wet, however the areas will be fresh with green vegetations and alive with wild flowers.

mountains mostly during morning and afternoon time with pleasant temperature of
